NNIN/MRC Workshop at University of Texas at Austin on 4-5 March 2008
The Microelectronics Research Center at the University of Texas at Austin, a National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network site (MRC/NNIN) will host a two-days workshop at the University of Texas at Austin on March 4-5, 2008. The workshop will include:
- Lectures in the morning
(Introduction to Nano-IC fabrication and Imprint Lithography technique) given by experts from academia and industry.
- Two hands-on sessions in the clean room. We will utilize Nano-imprinter IMPRIO100 and Reactive Ion Etching tools among the most
advanced systems of our cleanroom facilities.
Anyone with a science/engineering background should have necessary skills to gain much from this 5th MRC/NNIN workshop.
The workshop focuses on S-FIL and S-FILR nano-imprint Lithography processes.
