Using CART Facilities
Scheduling Policy
Any one user may not have more than a total of 16 daytime, business-week hours reserved
on a given instrument at any time. For these purposes, the daytime
business week hours are 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday, not including
university holidays.
For example, if I have already reserved 16 daytime
hours on the dual beam, I may not make any reservations for future
usage until I have used some of the time already reserved. This does
not apply to night or weekend reservations.
If someone does not show up within 30 minutes after the start of his or her reserved time, that reservation will be considered forfeited and that time available for anyone to use.

Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel your reservation after that time, please contact us by email or by phone at 940-369-8106, or stop by E-161 at Research Park. (Until we are able to make some changes to the scheduling program, we will be noting these cancellations manually.)
Training/Instrument Access
We have a number of methods possible for gaining access. Please contact either David Diercks to discuss options. Information about specimens and information needed would be greatly appreciated.
