Using CART Facilities
Scheduling Policy
Any one user may not have more than 16 daytime, business week hours reserved
on a given instrument at any one time. For these purposes, the daytime
business week hours are 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday, not including
university holidays.
For example, if I have already reserved 16 daytime
hours on the dual beam this week, I may not make any reservations for future
weeks until I have used some of my time from this week. This change does
not impact night or weekend reservations.

Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel your reservation after that time, please contact us by email or by phone at 940-369-8139, or stop by E-163 at Research Park. (Until we are able to make some changes to the scheduling program, we will be noting these cancellations manually.)
Training/Instrument Access
We have a number of methods possible for gaining access. Please contact either David Diercks or Brian Gorman to discuss options. Information about specimens and information needed would be greatly appreciated.
